The company started operating in Romania in 2000 as a software development factory. In the following years, the Romanian business shifted focus from Software Development to Call Center Outsourcing and BPO.
In 2006 the company completed a reorganization of the different business lines, merging and re-branding all operating companies (Contact Line, Contact Center, Media Strategy) under the XL World brand.
At the end of 2008, we further expanded our presence in
Eastern Europe and we opened our first center in Shkoder, Albania.
The group enjoyed a strong growth throughout the following years and now employs close to 1.000 professionals in Romania
and Albania.
We still retain our strong IT background, and we employ such skills to give better efficiency to our internal processes and to the services we deliver to our clients.
